Love Handle Bak Chor Mee
One of Singapore's favourite!
- Mushroom sauce (1 tbsp)
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Black vinegar (2 tbsp)
- Sesame oil (2 tbsp)
- Shiitake mushrooms (3 pcs)
- Mee kia, thin noodles (1 portion)
- Love Handle Ginger Soy Mince (1 pack)
- Spring onions (1 sprig)
- Mix mushroom sauce, soy sauce, black vinegar and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Slice shiitake mushrooms thinly and blanch it in hot water. Leave aside.
- Cook Meekia in bowling water for 1min and immediately put it in the bowl of sauces.
- In a separate pan, drizzle some oil and heat up Love Handle Mince.
- To assemble, mix mee kia well with the sauces and place it in a bowl, pour Love Handle Mince on the noodles and garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Plate it like it's hot!
