Ingredients

  • Mushroom sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Black vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • Sesame oil (2 tbsp)
  • Shiitake mushrooms (3 pcs)
  • Mee kia, thin noodles (1 portion)
  • Love Handle Ginger Soy Mince (1 pack)
  • Spring onions (1 sprig)

Instructions

  • Mix mushroom sauce, soy sauce, black vinegar and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • Slice shiitake mushrooms thinly and blanch it in hot water. Leave aside.
  • Cook Meekia in bowling water for 1min and immediately put it in the bowl of sauces.
  • In a separate pan, drizzle some oil and heat up Love Handle Mince.
  • To assemble, mix mee kia well with the sauces and place it in a bowl, pour Love Handle Mince on the noodles and garnish with chopped spring onions.
  • Plate it like it's hot!
