Pappardelle Arrabbiata (with Italian Herb Meatballs)
A familiar favourite, but make it spicy.

- Italian Herb Meatballs
- Pappardelle - 3 rolls
- Red Chilli (sliced)
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce
- Parsley (garnish)
- Air fry meatballs for 3mins
- Cook pasta for 6mins in slow boiling salt water, strain
- In a separate pot, saute garlic, chilli until fragrant
- Add tomato sauce and chilli sauce, mix well.
- Add meatballs and pasta into sauce and mix well.
