Plant Based Rendang
In our opinion, the best plant base rendang out there!
- Onions (1/2 diced)
- Green Rebel Rendang (1 pkt)
- Water or stock (100ml)
- Sauté onions in a pot till fragrant and transclucent.
- Add Green Rebel Rendang packet into the pot.
- Add water or stock and let simmer until the "meat" is hot and sauce is of a desired consistency.
- Serve with plain rice or your favourite grain and plate it like it's hot.
