Spicy Meatballs (with Szechuan Pepper Meatballs)
Tickle your tastebuds with this spicy, tingly, banger of a dish.
- Szechuan Pepper Meatballs
- Chilli flakes
- Red Chilli
- Sesame Oil
- Rice Vinegar
- Coriander (garnish)
- Air fry meatballs for 3mins.
- Make Chilli oil - In a pot add olive oil, chilli flakes, chilli, sesame oil, rice vinegar
- Let simmer for 2-3mins
- Place meatballs in a bowl / plate and drizzle chilli oil over meatballs.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
