Ingredients

  • Szechuan Pepper Meatballs
  • Chilli flakes
  • Red Chilli
  • Sesame Oil
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Coriander (garnish)

Instructions

  • Air fry meatballs for 3mins. 
  • Make Chilli oil - In a pot add olive oil, chilli flakes, chilli, sesame oil, rice vinegar 
  • Let simmer for 2-3mins
  • Place meatballs in a bowl / plate and drizzle chilli oil over meatballs. 
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
