A cruelty-free homage to the sea. This konjac-based squid has all the springy bouncy texture you want. Serve deep fried, with zesty lime wedges, or enjoy in your favourite seafood-less marinara.
Sear on a hot pan, or shallow fry. Alternatively, braise in a sauce of your choice (eg. Black pepper sauce). Also good for fried calamari.
Serve with rice.
Keep refrigerated below 5 °C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing for up to 1 month. If frozen, defrost overnight in the fridge.
