Sear on a hot pan till all sides and lightly charred, alternatively, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 3mins on both sides.
Serve with a salad on a side or mashed potatoes
Keep refrigerated below 5 °C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing for up to 1 month. If frozen, defrost overnight in the fridge.
