Contains soy and alliums
Heat wellington in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Bring mushroom jus to boil in saucepan or microwave for 2 minutes, stirring in 30 second intervals.
Slice wellington into desired portions. Serve with Jus on the side, with your favourite side dishes.
Keep refrigerated below 5 °C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing for up to 1 month. If frozen, defrost overnight in the fridge.

it was good and it was my lunch after work

Tried eating both at store and also bought home to cook
Tried this vegan beef Wellington at store and the taste was missing the umami. The mushroom Gravy was very diluted, would prefer classic concentrated type. (Beef Wellington was 70% cooked and taste jelak-overwhelming) We bought 2 to bake at home to fully cook and in between oiling with butter & macadamia oil. Definitely taste better than at store (which was about 70% cooked). We created own mushroom sauce and it was tasty
